Air Inuit
Construction of a building with an area of 211,778 ft2 in Dorval for Air Inuit. The project included a hangar with an area of 100,000 ft2, workshops, a store, training rooms, offices, employee services, as well as a reception area for passengers.

Characteristics
Some characteristics of this project:
- Hangar that can hold 6 planes, including 4 Boeing 737-200;
- Designed with a view to LEED-NC Silver certification;
- Composite and machine shops;
- Development of offices and mezzanine;
- Construction of the tarmac;
- Unique hangar fire protection system using high-expansion foam designed especially for hydrocarbon fuel fires;
- Water use is 43.67% lower than the reference device water use;
- Energy consumption is reduced by 30% compared to the reference building (MNECB 1997);
- Mechanical ventilation systems comply with sections 4 to 7 of the ASHRAE 62.1‐2007 standard;
- Elimination of spillage of hazardous products into the drainage system;
- Control and automation;
- Design-build project.
