This building, awarded the 2015 Award of Excellence from the Ordre des Architectes du Québec, includes a library, an exhibition centre and a museum storage facility, for a total area of 5,800 m2. The LEED Platinum certified building consumes 60% less energy than a building designed according to the Model National Energy Code for Buildings (MNECB), and 46% less water than the LEED reference building.
