Expansion of the Walter Plant
With the aim of integrating the BIO-CIRCLE division and improving their facilities situated in the Pointe-Claire industrial park, Walter commissioned gbi to expand its warehouse and head office. The corporate philosophy advocated by Bio-Circle and Walter strongly inspired gbi to create a green building which meets LEED-NC standards. The enthusiasm generated in the company by such a project makes it a global showcase for the J. Walter Group Ltd.

LEED-NC Gold design, executed in several phases, all while maintaining activities in the existing section.
gbi intervened during the preliminary studies and the concept and preliminary design phases, at the stage of defining the final plans and for construction supervision. To create the best conditions for users of the building, particular attention was paid to acoustics, as well as the placement of numerous skylights. gbi also designed the layout of the offices and was in charge of renovating the computer rooms.
