Commissioned in 1982, the City of Gatineau’s wastewater treatment plant, which uses a conventional activated sludge process, has undergone several equipment and system addition, replacement and modification projects, as well as process optimization and capacity enhancement projects, among other work.
As the lead for this project, gbi is responsible for the multidisciplinary teams of professionals and the construction management team, including administrative and technical aspects. Furthermore, gbi is in charge of developing plans for managing deadlines, costs and changes, the content and quality of the plans, risks and opportunities, procurement, facility commissioning, stakeholder communication and maintenance of operations.
