Established in 1978, Jacques-Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated (JCCBI) is a federal Crown corporation responsible for the Jacques-Cartier Bridge, the Champlain Bridge and other infrastructures such as the Nun Island’s Bypass Bridge, the federal sections of the Bonaventure Expressway and the Honoré-Mercier Bridge, as well as the Melocheville Tunnel.

Mandate description
The JCCBI commissioned gbi to provide several professional planning and project review services, with the aim of guiding them to make the best decisions at the right time, while ensuring good contract optimization management. Services were provided at the different stages of the project management process, ensuring a safe site according to health and safety standards. The studies and analysis carried out made it possible to identify risks so that mitigation measures could be implemented.
