A Cogir real estate group property, Le Newman is a unifying project with many assets, offering residential and commercial spaces in a sustainable arrangement. Composed of 908 units in four residential towers, each between 13 and 16 storeys and with a total area of 741,174 square feet, this mixed-use development includes seniors’ residences, social housing, condos and green spaces. gbi provided structural engineering services for this new building.
