Pointe-de-Longueuil Real Estate Project

This major project covers an area of approximately 238,780 m2 along the shore of the St. Lawrence River. The complexity of the Phase l and ll site assessment and characterization (SA&C) process is reflected in the different types of contaminants found on the site, including hydrocarbons and asbestos, remnants of the different industrial activities that had taken place on the site in the past.
