Saputo Plant

New construction with an area of 123,400 ft2 in Ville Saint-Laurent, including an outdoor development of 460 parking spaces and spaces for 30 delivery doors. Among the noteworthy characteristics of this project are its steel structure and its height of 50 feet. In addition, the building features several refrigerated spaces, including a 19,000 ft2 freezer and a 34,700 ft2 refrigerated warehouse. The interior temperature conditions required a special structural design, and the concrete floor slabs are exceptionally precise, with forklift trucks and storage height taken into account.
