The auditorium is fully air conditioned with 3 rooftop systems, using natural gas as an energy source. To ensure the comfort of its occupants, the heating unit burners can be adjusted, and the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems are all equipped with high-quality soundproofing, in addition to largely meeting objectives. Furthermore, the electrical network is supervised and the control of the lighting dimming system was carefully coordinated. Finally, the optimized design of the stage lighting controls minimizes the use of high lighting levels during rehearsals, and also saves energy without negatively impacting the performance.
