Sébastien Fecteau appointed chairman of the AFG board of directors

Montreal, June 11, 2025 – We are pleased to announce the appointment of Sébastien Fecteau as Chairman of the board of directors for the Association des firmes de génie-conseil du Québec (AFG). 

With over twenty years of experience in the field of consulting engineering, Sébastien Fecteau is recognized for his leadership, rigor, and ability to mobilize teams around promising projects. Involved for several years at the AFG, including the last two as Vice-President, he has been involved in major issues affecting the industry, including hourly rate negotiations with the Treasury Board Secretariat.

As Executive Vice-President at gbi, he is now responsible for business strategies, operations, and the implementation of the company's growth plan. His vision, focused on innovation and collaboration, actively contributes to evolving practices in our industry.
