Louis-Charland Building
The Louis-Charland Building was the first LEED-CI certified project in Quebec. It is still to this day the largest LEED-CI certified project in Quebec, and the second largest in Canada, at 325,000 ft2. This office building, which won the Award of Excellence from the Ordre des Architectes du Québec in 2003, spans two 10- and 15-storey towers with two underground parking levels.
