Characteristics
The 6,500 m2 building consisting of two storeys and a basement received LEED Gold certification.
Among the features of this project worth noting are the civil engineering works, including outdoor parking and a secure parking lot with access to the garage. In addition, gbi minimized the impact of construction on the environment by recycling waste produced during construction and by choosing local materials, such as wood.
