Different types of work were required, such as repairing the concrete in the pool, which had several cracks, reprofiling the gutters and repairing the deck concrete and ceramic tiles, repairing and modifying the diving boards, repairing the water containment tank, bringing all filtration equipment up to date and up to standards, repairing all or part of the water collection and return networks, analyzing current ventilation systems and proposing improvements, redesigning the air distribution and adding a new LED lighting system. The firm was responsible for the following phases: studies, preliminary studies, final plans and specifications and construction supervision and services.
