Comparative Study for the Bellechasse RCM
This complex comparative study is in line with the achievement of government targets resulting from VISION ZÉRO DÉCHET 2035 (the 2035 zero waste goal). In this context of optimizing curbside pickup services and residual materials management, gbi drew on its diverse expertise in this area and proposed a comprehensive comparative analysis of six (6) organic waste processing schemes, taking into consideration a multi-criteria analysis.

A meticulous analysis
Since a wide range of issues had to be considered in identifying the RCM’s needs, gbi decided to design KPI (key performance indicator) evaluation rubrics, in order to produce a proposal for a clear and concise action plan. The analytic approach was carried out by using technical and environmental criteria and developing market and revenue assumptions, as well as expense assumptions.
